1404 Palisado Ave for rent in Windsor, CT

1 of 7
Sunny, quiet, top floor in an owner-occupied home. Looking for up to (2) renters to live upstairs. Unfurnished. The home is modelled as a duplex with 2 full kitchens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 washing machines and dryers on each floor, respectively, so you will have total autonomy upstairs. Renter/s will have access to the front door and I have my own door for my floor. There is a full security system in the home equip with cameras (outdoors) for safety as the property is set back from the road. There will be a locked door separating both floors for privacy as the renter will be entitled to only the upstairs. Convenient location as this home is approx. 10min away from Bradley Airport, grocery stores such as Stop n Shop and Price Chopper, and Windsor Center. River access for small boats/kayaks to launch as well as fish. Perfect yard for gatherings or outdoor events. $2200/month plus utilities. The landlord (myself) will live in the finished basement. Renters will split the utility costs equally between themselves and the landlord (ie if there are 2 renters and 1 landlord, the utilities will be split 3 ways equally). All yardwork will be done by the landlord; this includes lawn mowing, landscaping, and snow blowing/shoveling the driveway. No smoking. No pets. Use of either grill (paying for propane), adding plants and such to the garden, and use of additional outdoor utilities are conditional upon discussion with the landlord. Renters are entitled to (1) parking garage spot. Landlord: I'm a guy in my early 30s looking to rent my whole upstairs. I'm looking for renters who would appreciate a nicer property and enjoy the view of the CT river. If you'd also just like a nice place to live, please apply! I'd consider myself a pretty easy going person so feel free to reach out with any questions. Texts only please. Thanks, Cam
