R&D Controls Department is looking for an experienced software engineer for a long term contract opportunity with the following skills and
Experience:


Application design experience, working through detailed requirements gathering stage to defining an application architecture and design to coding and testing to meet the user's needs.


PC application development using Visual Studio to develop stand-alone .NET applications using C#, C++, and VB.NET. Applications developed must include the design and use of SQL databases.


Experience controlling/interfacing to industrial or scientific measurement instruments through a .NET application.


User interface design and development experience for .NET applications visually displaying large quantities of data.


Java/web development experience using a 3-tier architecture (Apache/Tomcat/MySQL preferred) with Servlets and JSP.


Design and development of multi-threaded applications in Java.


Web development using Java toolkits such as Spring, javamail, and jfreechart.


Advanced web user interface development using Java and AJAX tools such as jQuery & jQuery mobile, 3D object rendering,


Experience using XML to communicate and store information.

Database design and development experience using MySQL and MS SQLserver.


Web services programming experience preferred.


Android development experience desirable.


Engineering background or Experience developing applications for process industries such as power, chemicals, refineries, or smelting operations desirable.

Qualifications:


A BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science Degree is desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
