Works closely with management to increase profitability through improved efficiencies and productivity levels.
Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Major
Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting or exceeding established objectives in the areas of sales, units, profitability, and customer satisfaction for assigned territory.
Utilizes all informational tools and software to control expenses and maintain optimal productivity and workflow levels.
Deliver quality work on time, every time to the customers to ensure long term growth in sales and profits.
Work with other departments (marketing, distribution, corporate, etc.
) to grow business and increase sales for your assigned territory.
Responsible for submitting weekly call reports utilizing internal software applications Assumes other responsibilities as needed.
Education/
Experience:
Minimum of high school diploma with 3-5 years of industry/commercial experience; Valid Driver's License.
Proven outside sales experience.
Skills/Knowledge:
Strong selling and customer service skills Conflict resolution skills Solid understanding of commercial automotive industry Must be a self-starter and flexible enough to change directions when needed do to economic or market trends.
Working knowledge of Madden Co, Top Dog, and Microsoft Suite, and our internal software applications.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment Strong time management skills TqTwoXwSlU.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
