Responsibilities:
The individual is expected to take on a leading role in the development of Supply Chain solutions for one our strategic customers by leveraging her/ his expertise and knowledge of the various disciplines in Supply Chain Management.
Independently manage supply chain & procurement projects, manage team of buyers, and supply chain analysts, delivery assurance reps performing various procure to pay activities.
Ensure operation excellence on procurement functions and activities - Cost, Quality and Delivery.
Gather and review data to evaluate accuracy and processes to confirm best approach is in practice.
Evaluate options for KPI, process or system improvements needed in procurement, planning, inventory management, and/or logistics/distribution operations.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with management, Customers, team members and other groups.
Using your Supply Chain experience, work with client organizations to enhance Supply Chain performance through strategic process re-engineering, and strategic outsourcing of non-core activities.
Be accountable to profitably grow Supply Chain as a Service Line, year on year by developing a strategic and operational plan for the Service that will help create a differentiation and sustain this Services differentiation.
Mentor and coach a team of Supply Chain professionals in driving operational excellence and supply chain best practices across the business.
Need to be comfortable handling employees and driving an accountability culture to maintain a healthy and effective team Qualification:

8-12 years of experience in Procurement, Planning, Operations.
Lean Six Sigma and process excellence experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, as well as digital solutions Work well across borders and in a team oriented environment.
Financial and numerical skills, High-level of attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Familiar with outsourcing, specifically supply chain activities Excellent written communication and presentation skills You have demonstrated success in engaging employees and establishing successful organizational culture.
You have successfully managed projects You have demonstrated success in building customer relationships Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle responsibilities as team grows and develops Very detail oriented with strong methodologies for staying organized to manage tasks related to self, own deliverables, project management, team members, and program responsibilities Proficiency with MS Office suite.
You have the communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with teams in multiple locations including remote support Ability to be agile and adaptable and operate independently.

Citizen Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
