Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager Shift Type:
7-3 Responsibilities of the (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
Excellent supervisory/managerial skills Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of the (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
Must have experience as a Unit Manager in a skilled nursing setting Must have CT RN Must have strong management skills Must have Long Term Care experience
